What’s the difference between coaching and therapy/counselling?

Coaching focuses on the present and future, helping you set and achieve goals. Therapy, on the other hand, often addresses past trauma and emotional healing. Coaching is for those ready to take action toward positive change.

How do sessions take place?

Coaching Sessions are held via phone or video call (typically Teams or Whatsapp), making it easy to connect from anywhere. In-person sessions may be available upon request.  Mentoring Sessions are mostly in person.

How long is a coaching session? And a mentoring session?

Coaching sessions typically last between 45–60 minutes, depending on the program you choose.

Mentoring sessions typically last between 1hour 30 minutes and 2 hours.

How many sessions will I need?

This depends on your goals. Some clients find value in a single session, while others benefit from ongoing coaching/mentoring over weeks or months.
